Friends -

As you probably know, there was a layoff at Linden Lab yesterday. I was among those let go. While I hope to be able to continue to work on the Type System draft, I'm not entirely sure of my timing... on the one hand I now have much more free time, on the other, I've got to start looking for a job.(*) I'll be sorting out my plans in the next few days.

(*) Yup - I'm looking... anyone hiring virtual world systems architects? :-)
