Just to keep everyone here up to date on what is going on, here are
the current outstanding changes to the -encryption doc.  I believe
that all of these are minor and editorial, but I thought that I'd
point them out.

Adam Roach did a review:

Frank did a secdir review and found some other errors:

Finally, I noticed an error when I rebased to RFC 8188:
