Today during the face-to-face WebSec meeting in Atlanta there was rough 
consensus of the room that it would be better to finish this work in 
W3C. If you have objections to the fact, in particularly if you think 
there are good reasons not to do that, please reply to this message or 
email WG chairs directly at websec-chairs@tools.ietf.org.
