Hello WebTransport enthusiasts,

As discussed in today's meeting at IETF 113, we're forming
a design team on the topic of whether WebTransport over
HTTP/2 should use the Capsule Protocol. This topic is
currently tracked by the following design issue:
https://github.com/ietf-wg-webtrans/draft-webtransport-http2/issues/25
This design team will meet in a smaller committee to
discuss this specific topic, and will be led by Eric Kinnear.

If you are interested in joining this design team, please reply
to this email, but only send your reply to the chairs.

Thanks,
David
