We are close to ready to move the production datatracker onto django 4.2

Please take a few moments to try running through the things you might do
as a chair, secretary, reviewer, or other role that involve submitting
forms/changing data at (This is a
self-contained test instance - your password there is the literal string
`password` - nothing you do there will affect the real datatracker data
in any way.)

If you find anything that's not working correctly send me a note or open
an issue at github and mention that it's related to django4.
