Noooo...

I would add at the front of this list: do its job as chair: listen to presentation, to questions, manage the meeting (not talking about the queue or else, but the whole meeting itself).  I guess I’m getting old, but I found that this task above is more important and take most of my attention, so below is not getting my attention.
