Hello,

A reminder that several resources are available to prepare for chairing sessions during IETF 110 (8-12 March 2021) and that chair-specific testing sessions will be held in the coming week.

To ensure a smooth chairing experience you are encouraged to review and test your set up ahead of the meeting even if you have used Meetecho previously—including at IETF 109.

Meetecho guide and walkthrough videos
============
A one-stop guide for session chairs is available at:
https://www.ietf.org/how/meetings/110/session-chair-guide/

A brief Meetecho video walk-through for session chairs (about 5 minutes long):
https://youtu.be/wWA851HWjSI

A session participant overview video (about 14 minutes long):
https://youtu.be/0SPRhhHAg2I

Advance testing
============
Two testing sessions for chairs will be held ahead of IETF 110. These will focus on testing set ups and answering questions about Meetecho features. You are encouraged to review the guides and videos in advance:

Meeting-week testing for chairs
============
Session chairs are able to sign up for slots to test Meetecho in the chair role during IETF 110 week (8-12 March) by using the instructions in this CodiMD notepad:
