Please drop notes to the tools-discuss list or directly to me as you 
think of things. I'd like for you to catch them as you see you need them.

Carsten's idea of something more structured is a good one, and I hope to 
build on it.

And, yes, we're dealing with the meeting and more, so please be patient 
if you don't see an immediate response.

I think we can take this as an opportunity to constructively assess 
where some near-term efforts would he helpful. Try to keep that 
perspective in mind as you capture things to comment on.
