Not speaking for a particular WG, but we still use trac for the hackathon and for the meeting wiki (and the chairs' Wiki!), for the BOF wiki etc.

(The WG I used to chair last managed to wean itself off trac/SVN and move to github; none of the WGs I contribute to still has notable trac-based work.)
