I asked the lawyers about this when it was first raised and I have something from them in the form of "dos and don’ts" rather than specific text to read out, and I’m procrastinating because it might be better to discuss this at the WG Chairs forum than via email. Any preference? That’s great. Ideally at some point there will be written guidance or perhaps we’ll just direct people to the recording.
