Hi Robert,

Thanks for this useful feature.

One comment about issuing another WGLC:
To be able to do that with this change, I needed to put the document back
into WG Document state, submit it, which will send another email to the
list, and only then I will get that option to send another WGLC.
It would be great if that could be done directly without getting the
document back to the WG Document state.

Otherwise, it looks great to me!
