A brief update: working groups will soon have the option to hold interim meetings on Meetecho. The team at Meetecho (with support from the NOC and tools team) has been working to get this operational and the service will be available in the next week or two.

Working groups who want to use Meetecho will be able to request a session via an online form; this form will generate a URL that you can include when you request the interim meeting via the Datatracker. (Eventually the plan is to integrate the Meetecho session request into the Datatracker via a Meetecho API, but this is Phase 2). As with WebEx, working group sessions held in Meetecho will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube.

Given the nature of timezones, interim meetings will not have dedicated Meetecho support. However, the Meetecho team will, as always, respond to questions via email during CET business hours.

We will provide more specific guidance as soon as the service is available.

Best,
Alexa
