I guess support@ietf.org is only meant for requests against fixing stuff
that is already intended to work.

I could not find in https://github.com/ietf-tools/zulip-implementation/blob/main/Service-Plan.md
an explanation why streams "hallways" or "wgchairs" should not exist
(given how they exist in jabber), but to be on he safe side, i just opened
two issues in github instead of sending email to support.
