I agree with Kyle’s comments.

I’ll add that it took some getting used to initially, but after getting used to it, I liked that it wasn’t necessary to queue physically at the mic in order to have a spot in the line.   It allowed me to continue following the chat before getting up for my turn to comment at the mic.

In my group it worked smoothly and we had a very active chat – so much so we had to cut it off a couple of times.
