This was my first in person meeting since the Pandemic.   I got to liking using my phone to enter the queue, and think it should continue.    It creates a nice balance between local and remote participants, and works pretty well.   As others have noticed, the chairs not remove the person from the queue until they are done talking.

I generally agree with the comments about the chat discussions.   I wonder if the chat could be displayed on the second screen in the room instead of just showing the QR code.   That would allow it to be easier seen by people in the room.
