Thanks Mirja, 6709 and 8170 are the types of documents I was looking for!

For context, the TxAuth BoF is exploring a successor to
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6749 (OAuth 2.0)

I'm looking for applicable tenets if a WG is formed.
