Hi, I appreciate that adding myself to the mic queue is a problem for local
attendees. It's not the activity, but the process. The "lite" version
seems to complete die when my phone sleeps, which requires more than just a
browser refresh. That's like 20s of fumbling.
I wound up in many WGs to just use the full version, which also helps with
the eye-chart slides.

a) So, we need something even more "lite", as in, just a static HTML page with a POST that won't die.

b) I think that chairs should be able to put people that they see, in the queue.

c) But, the BIGGEST *hurdle* to getting to the mic queue is literally the hurdles: the
*$#%(*@$#% chairs in my way. (and the people in them)
60% of the chairs are not being used.

That is a combination of pandemic spacing, but also because people just don't want to
get blocked in by others. THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPLAINT.

If we can't get the rooms better laid out to accomodate people walking around
then maybe we can get those super-expensive mic-cubes. LPC uses them to
good effect... I think catchbox is one brand. They aren't cheap though
   ($1000 each).

d) I'd sure like the chat/zulip to be displayed on the remote-speaker
projector. I know that some people dislike that, so maybe leave it up to
   the chair maybe.
