  I think this is very useful.

  For the WGs I follow, the minutes look to be 99% correct.  Some need minor touch-ups, as acronyms and industry-specific terms are not always rendered correctly.

  But these minutes look to be clearer and easier to understand than most of the hand-written minutes which have been historically available.

  My $0.02 would be to add these to the standard IETF workflow, as proposed / preliminary minutes.  The WG chairs can then copy-edit them, and approve them as final minutes.
