WG Chairs,

We briefly discussed quite a while back about having a WG Chairs Forum virtual meeting in advance of IETF 109. Below is a doodle poll for some options for times. If you are interested and likely to participate, please fill in the doodle poll. Based on the results, we will announce a meeting next week. The current draft agenda for this meeting is also below. Agenda requests are welcome.

Regards,
Karen and Rich

Virtual WG Chairs Forum Draft Agenda

1. WG Chair experiences and advice on effectively leading a working group through all these virtual meetings. Note, this is NOT about the tools, this is about all the management aspects around making or keeping your working group productive during these challenging times.

2. Resource Development for IETF WG Chairs (request for input)

3. Next steps for this forum

4. AOB.
