RFCs are not meant to be an implementation guide, and we don't have to
describe or explain how ICE works here.

Supporting ICE trickle is OPTIONAL for both the clients and the servers in
order to increase the amount of clients/servers implementing the spec,
happy to make it a MUST but I don't think that we would have enough support
to do so.

Best we can do is upgrade to RECOMMENDED as per RFC 2119: "there may exist
valid reasons in particular circumstances to ignore a particular item, but
the full implications must be understood and  carefully weighed before
choosing a different course."
