Hi Bernard,

Happy to include any further considerations on the charter, however, I
would expect the work on the specific features to be included in WHEP to
happen after the recharter is done, not before.

Regarding the specific DRM and rewind functionalities, there is not a
standard way of implementing them that we can reuse here. In our current
charter we have specified that in case of an extension of the core
protocols (i.e. RTP/SDP) is needed, we should translate the requirements to
the RTCWEB/AVTCORE/MMUSIC groups so the work is actually done there. Same
thing about live captions/subtitles. That's why we have specified in the
charter that the protocols we define must be extensible so we can
incorporate those features when they become available.

Not sure exactly what your point about datachannel is, but I am seeing the
exactly opposite direction on the market trends (which will of course
change when/if the MOQ specs are available).
