Hi! From the chairs' perspectives, draft-ietf-wish-whip seems to be progressing well. We have heard from multiple implementers at the two most recent IETF meetings about their experiences and it all sounds very promising. As we have but two open issues in our GH repo, I am hoping to be able to get to WGLC before IETF 114, which is 23-29 July. In fact, I would love to issue that WGLC this month before summer/winter vacations start to be a concern.

As far as the two issues go, please provide you thoughts on:

#5	https://github.com/wish-wg/webrtc-http-ingest-protocol/issues/5

This has been around for over a year. Tim seems to think the
issue is still relevant, but beyond Tim only Sergio has chimed
in. Can I ask for some others to chime in?

#26	https://github.com/wish-wg/webrtc-http-ingest-protocol/issues/26

This one is relatively new, but could also do with some additional
   review as well.

Thanks,
Nils and Sean
