One thing that the Charter doesn't make clear is the functionality that is desired in the distribution protocol (e.g. WHEP). As an example, "must have" features in low-latency sports streaming include support for DRM as well as "rewind". These features are mentioned neither in the WISH re-charter, nor in the WHEP draft. So I'm concerned that the charter as well as the WHEP design may be missing "the elephant in the room", which is that we are seeing WebRTC data channel being used for some low latency or ultra low latency use cases, rather than RTP. WHIP doesn't seem very well suited for those scenarios.
