Thanks for the explanation.  Most of the issues in my initial mail turn
out to be irrelevant for what I know understand is described in the WISH
charter.  Thanks for the explanations, and sorry for wasting everybody's time.

It wasn't clear to me that a "broadcasting tool" is a sender-side piece of
software, I was assuming that a "broadcasting tool" is the software used
to broadcast media to the receivers.  It is of course clear if you look at
the list of examples given in the charter.
