I left a relatively minor issue about angle brackets here:

More broadly I have a concern that when ICE servers require a real resource
allocation and are scoped to the broadcast session, it's nearly impossible
to service them with a WHIP OPTIONS request in a way that is RFC 9110 Sec
9.2.1 "Safe".
