I read and support progressing the I-D.

I have implemented a proof of concept shim for using WHIP with Mux's
Real-Time Video platform and found the draft relatively
straightforward.
We tested this PoC with several WHIP client implementations and found
interop largely workable as well.

I do think it would be good to resolve the remaining issues around how
ICE configuration can be conveyed from servers to clients, but I have
not had time to walk through all of the permutations yet myself.

If we can't quickly reach a rough consensus on a solution that
guarantees support for all desired cases, my suggestion would be to
add some additional informational text outlining which configurations
would and would not work.

For example, if both client and server support trickle ICE, then it
would be possible to trickle candidates gathered later in the process,
whereas if trickle is not supported by one or the other or both then
clients may be required to either support connecting without any
recourse to TURN servers or to first make an OPTIONS request, etc.
There are already some comments to this effect in the draft, but
perhaps they could be made more explicit to cover the specific
concerns that have been raised.

Thanks to Sergio and everyone else who has contributed to this draft
and thanks also to the WISH chairs for keeping it moving through the
process!
