Thank you for that excellent clarification on the issues involved with Unicode.
I apologize for any offense I may have inadvertantly given. 

I don't believe that WNILS per se needs any further discussion on this issue,
however, as I mentioned before, it's a problem that needs to be solved soon
because it is blocking many roads.
