Has an agenda for Houston been posted? I can't find it, but then I've
been testing some new mailbox-cleaners, and I can't find a lot of things :-)

There's a couple of things I'd like to discuss at the meeting.

1) No new features for six months?
Could we agree to a six month moratorium on new features after November?
That way we can get some stability and get some more interoprability testing
done.

2) Template values:
Can we add length+value support to templates? It makes returning binary
elements much simpler, and doesn't cost much to implement?
