Subject: Postmaster document - final version?

Hello x400ops folk,

With another IETF upon us and another round of discussion, I have
decided to follow Peter Sylvester's advice and drop the "postmaster at
X.400 domain" issue from this document. The remaining text already
has general consensus. Editorial suggestions are welcomed. The
document will be discussed at the upcoming IETF meeting.

I still think that the "X.400 Manager at domain" address is a good
idea. I plan to write a short separate document on that point and
welcome further discussion. I think that some kind of pilot
experience with different software would be helpful as well.

Thanks to everyone who participated for good discussion and ideas.

I'll send the document in the next message.

Cheers,

allan
