Russ is right on the mark. WE have been over all this territory too
many times already. WE now have a name that no one elase has yet
claimed, so we can claim it now, and we should do it now!

The BGCM (Big Gold Colored Medal) goes to Allan Cargille for coming up
with INTX!

Here are the strategies employed in the Trademark search,

Type Query

1. EXACT MARK IMX ALL CLASSES
2. WORD IMX 9,16,35,37,38,41,42
3. WORD IMX ALL CLASSES
4. PREFIX IMX 9,16,35,37,38,41,42
5. PREFIX IMX ALL CLASSES
6. WORD IM(0-2 char) 9,16,35,37,38,41,42
7. WORD I(0-2 char)X 9,16,35,37,38,41,42
8. WORD (0-2 char)MX 9,16,35,37,38,41,42
9. WORD (IXM,XIM,XMI,MIX,MXI) 9,16,35,37,38,41,42

INTX appears to have been searched in Type 7: I(0-2 char)X

The numbered classes that were searched in Type 7 are:

9 - ELECTRICAL AND SCIENTIFIC APPARATUS
16 - PAPER GOODS AND PRINTED MATTER
35 - ADVERTISING AND BUSINESS SERVICES
37 - CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR SERVICES
38 - COMMUNICATION SERVICES
41 - EDUCATION AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES
42 - MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE MARKS

The registered strings found in Type 7 are:

(string - number-registered/classes)

IX --- 1/9
IMX -- 10/5,9,10,28 [10 others have it in one form or another]
IBX -- 1/9
IEX -- 1/42
IFX -- 1/9
INX -- 1/9
IOX -- 1/9
IPX -- 1/9
ISX -- 1/9
ITX -- 1/9
IMEX - 2/9,42
IMIX - 2/9
IMTX - 1/9

But no INTX! This might even fly in other countries!

How do we spell relief? ... "INTX" ---

Lets go for it before someone reads this message and beats us to it!`

Best...\Stef
