I don’t like the idea of black holing, either, but when two parties start arguing past each other to the extent I’ve been observing, a cooling off period is necessary. I’m still watching for input for all parties, and expect a very engaging -bis process to start when the final implementation diff draft (draft-levkowetz-xml2rfc-v3-implementation-notes) is posted.
