Hi Armando,

There are replacements for both xml2rfc web service [1] & bibxml [2].

Soon, xml2rfc will start querying bibxml compatibility API [3] for 
citations.

Your examples work on the new bibxml service [4], [5].

You can report any issues regarding those services to the author tools 
GitHub project [6] or this mailing list.
