Wait a minute.

I just got notice from the RFC editor that they are removing the subregistry references (#rpki-rtr-error) from the IANA references in RFC 9193-to-be (which has been in AUTH48-DONE for a couple of months waiting for RFC 9110-to-be which is in turn waiting for RFC 9114-to-be).

So can I use subregistry references now?
