FYI.

The idea is that we'd use the (proposed) HTTP lookup method for XMPP
over WebSocket, *not* the existing DNS TXT method.

Lance Stout and I have worked on an updated version of XEP-0156:

We might want to point to this document from the IETF spec for XMPP
over WebSocket:

This will very likely be a topic for discussion during the XMPP WG
session this Friday at IETF 88.
