This document defines an RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) Extended Report
(XR) Block including two new segment types and associated Session
Description Protocol (SDP) parameters that allow the reporting of mean
opinion score (MOS) Metrics for use in a range of RTP applications.

This document is a product of the Metric Blocks for use with RTCPs Extended Report Framework Working Group of the IETF.

This is now a Proposed Standard.

protocol for the Internet community,and requests discussion and suggestions
for improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the Internet
Official Protocol Standards (STD 1) for the standardization state and
