Hi,

We have just updated the draft base on the discussion in the list. Comparing version 04, 3 major changes have been made:
1. minor modification of draft title and text for the metric name.
2. a new field, "PCR_accuracy_error_count", is added to the block.
3. the IANA consideration second has been enhanced to be consistent with other xrblock drafts.
Others are all editorial changes.
Please review it to see whether issues are all addressed.

Best Regards!
Rachel

Abstract:
An MPEG Transport Stream (TS) is a standard container format used in
the transmission and storage of multimedia data. Unicast/Multicast/
Broadcast MPEG-TS over RTP is widely deployed in IPTV systems. This
document defines an RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) Extended Report (XR)
Block that allows the reporting of MPEG TS Program Specific
Information (PSI) Independent decodability statistics metrics related
to transmissions of MPEG-TS over RTP.
