[Qin]: I agree we use 'a' before 'Real'. However Real-Time Control Protocol is not correct
full name of RTCP. So when Real-time is corrected as 'RTP', we should use 'an' before
RTP. 
Also I think usually we don't expand RTP and RTCP in  the same sentence.
