    Without problems.

    The tool do not add automatically the delegate shepherd address is 
not recognized by the Datatracker. When the delegate gets her 
credentials from the secretariat he must inform the WG chair so the 
chair could add him as a delegate.

    In the email sent to the future delegate he is informed of that 
situation:
