You are free to say what want, but if you are incorrect, then you deserve the consequences, this means that if a group of people will "admit" they approve to work on this draft, then expect a good result.

I can't imagine that for v6ops participants to keep saying NO, No, and no but in different styles and they don't give the alternative solution that can help the IETF and IESG and whatever inside the group in addition to the community.

Contact some (local) universities and see if someone is willing to work on your proposal and create a proof of concept implementation if you're not capable of coding it yourself.

Come back to the IETF when you have running code and share your experience and the discussion might be different.

Until then you'll just get the same answer.
