And here is the update based on the "final" agenda.
(Which is "final" only in that it will be committed to print; it still could change some more.)

Apart from room changes, the changes are:
1) The lwig/6tisch conflict was resolved; unfortunately the moved lwig now conflicts with perpass.
2) There will be no ROLL meeting in Vancouver.

Besides the official agenda, there will be unofficial ("hallway") meetings.
I have started to collect info on a Wiki page:

You can edit and add meetings there using your tools login.
