Have tried the changing machine in Hilton lobby, inserting 100 Euro and it gives me 2390 CZK, apprarently it takes some extra fees.

FWIW, the Google tells me that the current rate is 27.05CZK to the Euro
and 24.98 to the USD. There is an automated changing machine in the Hilton
lobby, advertising buy rates of 25.23CZK:Euro and 23.11:USD, so if you
don't go the ATM route, at least you know of one place where the markup is
lower than the 10% mentioned elsewhere.
