yes, and some one of these days we need to emit rreq also - whatever its
shortcomings, it's more up to date than 1009. "we" in this case is rreq-wg.

Who would be an appropriate person to update rreq to reflect the current
(CIDR & BGP-4) and intended (IDRP-IPng) state of routers? Last I read it,
that part was pretty partial.
