Hi,

We have reviewed draft-ietf-bier-bgp-ls-bier-ex and would like to provide the following feedback:

  1. Overall, it is a short, well written draft.
  2. Editorial: Names of authors on front page should not have periods in them as it is confusing (e.g. "Ran. Chen")
  3. Editorial: Last sentence of Abstract should be changed as follows:
     * FROM: "... in order to advertising BIER information."
     * TO: "... in order to advertise BIER information."
  4. Section 1: Could a simple architecture figure be put in to show the "northbound" controller referred to in the last paragraph? That way an overall architecture tying BIER and BGP could be understood by the reader.
  5. Section 5: Should put an explanatory sentence(s) of how the given reference (RFC 6952) applies to help the reader.
  6. General: Has there been any review by any BGP related WG to this idea?

Thanks,
CG
