FYI; we submitted a new version of the SenML FETCH & PATCH draft.

Main changes:
* Removed the wild-card feature (based on London IETF feedback)
* Removed the registration of media types. Those are not actually needed since we can simply define semantics for SenML for the new methods.
* Made iPATCH support and preference explicit
* Added way to append and delete with iPATCH (inspired by RFC7396)
* Added security considerations.
