Thoughts we had in San Diego about  network infrastructure description
clearly belongs to this track. As I said in a previous mail, some work
about policy routing support needs  to be discussed  to. I guess there
will  be a lot of  interest from regional networks  in this topic too.
I'll try  to formalize a  bit. We  should  discuss  it off line before
injecting anything in the mailing lists. What do you think ?
