Hello!

Thanks for all of the feedback on the draft. To address the WGLC discussions, two updates (-09 and -10) were made (thanks authors); and the related signal channel draft (-26) was also revised to improve consistency in terminology. Based on these changes, the document appears to have WG consensus and be ready for publication. The next step is for a Shepherd Review and Write-Up (by me).

Regards,
Roman
