Hi,

This revision adds filtering on and action to change the DEI (Drop
Eligible Indicator) bit in VLAN tags, add simple flow-spec validation,
add a little to the Security Considerations section, updated
information for one author, and includes a number of editorial
improvements. It currently uses AFI=25/SAFI=134 but the authors are OK
with changing that if the Working Group wants.

Thanks,
Donald
