Hi,

some objects in the information model (e.g., agent-id) are marked
optional because of sensitivity considerations. Since there is an
access control model for NETCONF (and RESTCONF), it would feel more
natural to make these objects mandatory in YANG and leave it to the
access control model to prevent access to them in deployments where
this is needed.
