Gee, I don't recall suggesting any protocol, let alone something like SMTP. -- Isn't the philosophy of the IETF now to have two separate implementations of a protocol before accepting a proposal for that protocol? -- I ask again about CPAP. Palladium I've seen, a little. As far as the other document delivery service, well that sounds interesting, but does it fall within the scope of this group? Do we need to start over again?
