Sorry this doesn't really belong on this list. Is there any rep from HP or any other knowledgable person on this list who can provide me with the communication/hardware specs for the bi-tronics interface on the latest HPIV printers? I've been told it is not EPP or IEEE 1284 compatible, and I very much need to communicate with these printers in a bi-directional mode. -- Does any other manufacturer have out a 1284 compatible printer yet? I'm not concerned about full or partial NPA compatibility at this time. Just getting PostScript/PCL intepreter feedback is enough for now. Thanks..
